Please help find our daughter Fran.
The search for Fran Young has continued since her disappearance April 6, 1996. Fran was last seen wearing a long, black leather coat, blue jeans and a green sweater. At the time of her disappearance, Fran had lived in the Kitsilano area of Vancouver over 10 years. Fran is 5'4" tall, and at the time of her disappearance weighed about 110 pounds and had long auburn hair.
Although Vancouver City Police, independent investigators, and friends and family have spent many hours seeking clues to her disappearance, there has been no concrete information about her whereabouts.
The family still has hope that one day they will receive some bit of information that will help them with closure to this tragic event.
