Fran disappeared April 6, 1996 from her residence in the Kitsilano area of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Fran went for a walk at 9:30 in the
evening and has not been seen since. She was 36 years old at this time. Fran has blue eyes and light brown hair, a medium build and is five foot four inches tall.
Our daughter was a creative woman with many interests. She studied at the Vancouver Vocational Institute as a pastry and gourmet chef and
designed breathtaking and delectable treats. Fran was very much at home in the kitchen and often treated friends to scrumptious meals
Her artistry extended to embroidery, drawing and painting. Frans ability to create likenesses was frequently commented upon.
Her embroidery often represented elements in nature with which she felt a special bond. Her love of animals was obvious. Pets brought her joy and comfort.
Fran's friends and family miss her very much - her sense of humour and kindness especially. The family continues to hope to find
information about her disappearance. Today her absence is felt as much as it was when she disappeared in 1996.
